They are not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.

4. Document Storage and Security
Documents scanned and uploaded on your behalf are stored on our secure server in a
directory that is not publicly accessible via the web. Access requires authenticated
login to your client portal. Documents are retained for the duration of your active
subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of disputes.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted HTTPS connections,
password hashing (bcrypt), and access controls. No security system is perfect —
if you suspect a breach involving your account, contact us immediately at
[email protected].
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and documents for as long as your subscription is
active and for up to 3 years after termination, in case of legal disputes or compliance
inquiries. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us — we will honor requests
where retention is not required by law.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction: Log in to your client portal to view and update your account information at any time.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription and request account closure at any time through your portal.
- Email preferences: Transactional emails (document alerts, payment notices) are necessary for the operation of our service and cannot be disabled while your subscription is active.
- Data requests: Contact us to request a copy of your personal data or to ask questions about how your data is used.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have
inadvertently collected such information, please contact us for prompt deletion.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as the Texas Secretary

We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes
arising under this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service.
