You can cancel through your client portal or by contacting us. Your service remains active through the end of your paid period. We'll notify the Texas SOS that we are no longer your registered agent.
For annual and compliance plans — no setup fee, the SOS filing is included in the annual price. For monthly plans, a $25 one-time setup fee applies to cover the SOS filing cost.
