From sign-up to document delivery, here's exactly what happens when you choose Longhorn Agent as your Texas registered agent.
Choose your plan (annual, monthly, or compliance package), enter your Texas entity name and type, and complete checkout through our secure Stripe payment form. No account setup required first — your client account is created automatically after payment.

Within 1–3 business days of receiving your entity information, we file Form 401 with the Texas Secretary of State to designate Longhorn Agent LLC as your registered agent. Our Round Rock, Texas address goes on record.
You'll receive a confirmation email once the filing is complete. You don't need to do anything — we handle it entirely.
Any legal documents, SOS notices, IRS mail, tax notices, lawsuits, or other official correspondence addressed to your entity will be delivered to our Round Rock, Texas address. We check mail every business day.
Also list our address as your registered agent address on your Texas franchise tax reports (PIR).
